Tai Chi

Yang-style Short Form

This shortened version of the Yang-style form emphases large frame movements and the fundamentals of crown-point, life-gate, opening/closing of the structure, and weighted elbows.

Sheliang Palm Form

This form serves as a nice transition from Yang-style to Chen-style. It is a more martial, "get up and dance" form that introduces reeling silk elements, teacupping, and fajin.
